The release was 1993: Superturrican. Just in the same year as Turrican3 and Megaturrican.
Turrican's SNES debut is not another version of Turrican3/Megaturrican, it is a complete new Turrican game!
Superturrican has nice big worlds with a nicer grafic.
You meet new and old enemies, and hear Turrican3-ish music...
Finaly this newer Turrican has a good, heavy degree of difficulty!
SNES user, who didn't know the other Turricans often disliked this game, beeing without a savingfunction or levelpasswords. It was too heavy for them...
